With reference to your letter of 14th Ultimo, the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury desire to acquaint you, for the information of Lord Granville, that they sanction the Supplementary Estimate, amounting to $900, forwarded by the Governor of Hongkong, for planting the Parade Ground & other places in that Colony.
